AcWise Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer in Hong Kong to lead the compliance monitoring work in line with Branch and Head Office policies. You will perform regulatory gap analyses and provide advisory services to operations and business units, ensuring adherence to HKMA standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in audit, risk management or compliance, strong written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Law, Business or related discipline(s).
• Familiar with the HKMA regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in audit, risk management or compliance.
• ECF on AML/ CFT qualification preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (speaking & writing).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the compliance monitoring program in accordance with Branch and Head Office policies.
• Perform regulatory-related compliance gap analysis, checking and review.
• Provide advisory and training to operation/business units relating to regulatory compliance issues.
• Prepare internal/external reports to senior management, regulators, tax authority and Head Office.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
