Referment in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Quantitative Analyst to blend hands-on data work with client-facing outputs. You will leverage our market-data lake and Python tools to analyze granular order-book data and answer real client questions.

The role requires five+ years in quantitative analysis, a MSc in a quantitative field, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus; you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• Five+ years in quantitative analysis.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field (STEM or Economics).
• Experience with order book market data.
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries (NumPy, pandas, Polars, scikit-learn).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese preferred.
• Strong presentation and project-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse granular financial market and order book data using quantitative methods and Python-based tools.
• Support sales and marketing with data-driven analysis and help clients apply the product suite.
• Prototype technical solutions for external partners and clients.
• Gather client feedback and contribute ideas to the product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Document code and methodologies for reproducibility and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
