Job summary

APSN Education Services Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified psychologist to conduct psychological assessments and address learning, emotional, and behavioural challenges in students and trainees.

You will collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to identify barriers and implement interventions, provide counselling and support, and design programmes to promote resilience and well-being. Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied/Clinical Psychology and SRP registration/eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, empathy and professionalism.
• Experience in clinical/counselling or educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and address learning, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to identify barriers and interventions.
• Provide counselling, mentoring, and therapeutic interventions to support development.
• Design and implement programmes to promote resilience and well-being.
