Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. It is among the largest construction contractors and is approved for Public Works in Buildings, Port Works, Roads and Drainage, Site Formation and Waterworks.

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage main contracts and subcontracts, oversee cost estimation and budgeting, and handle procurement and claims.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our construction projects.
