Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a seasoned architecturally grounded professional to oversee site progress, estates project coordination, and end-to-end project administration in large-scale residential, commercial, and office developments.

You will own project roadmaps, balance stakeholder needs with ERP integrations, and drive timely rollouts across business units. A minimum of 6 years in architectural roles is expected, with a proven track record in lead responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Architectural background and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong sense of project ownership and delivery accountability.
• Bridge stakeholders and tech; drive integrations, AI, and fast resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Assist in estates project coordination and progress monitoring.
• Site coordination & project administration.
• Prepare final accounts, certificates, and handover materials.
• Project cost tracking and control management.
• Own the roadmap; deliver agile, on-time rollouts across BUs.
