Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and testing.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading teams of 6+ members.
• 3+ years' experience in HK Government implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project analysis, design, implementation, and support for large-scale applications.
• Plan and schedule resources and tasks to complete projects on time and budget.
• Coach project team members and conduct regular peer reviews.
