Job summary

REAP Limited is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for Embedded Finance (Card Programs) in Hong Kong. You will own a significant domain of Card Program as a Service, guiding strategy from problem definition through delivery and iteration.

You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and external partners to shape product direction, write precise specs, define success metrics, and elevate quality using AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments infrastructure, or B2B SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of the cards and payments stack: issuing, acquiring, networks, controls, disputes, and compliance.
• Strong grasp of AML, KYC/KYB, scheme compliance, and jurisdiction-specific obligations.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant domain within Card Program as a Service end-to-end—from problem definition to delivery and iteration.
• Work with engineering, solutions architecture, compliance, and legal to drive outcomes across your domain.
• Write precise specs and define success metrics; maintain high product quality.
• Actively use AI tooling to accelerate output and help embed AI-native practices across the team.
