Job summary

ICBC (Asia) Limited is the Hong Kong flagship of ICBC, the world's largest bank by assets. We seek a network professional to lead network project implementation, manage Cisco and Huawei devices, and support daily data/VoIP network operations for branches and offices.

A degree in CS with CCNA and CCNP is favorable, plus 3+ years in network or system administration and knowledge of EIGRP/OSPF and major firewalls. Strong English/Putonghua communication required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field; CCNA credential required.
• CCNA; CCNP is an advantage for progression.
• Minimum 3 years of network and/or system administration experience.
• Banking tech risk experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Huawei devices is essential.
• Understanding of EIGRP/OSPF routing.
• Familiarity with major firewall models (Juniper, Palo Alto).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for network-related project implementation.
• Manage Cisco and Huawei devices; set up bank office and branch network (Data and VoIP).
• Provide daily network operation and maintenance support.
• Operate and repair bank network equipment; coordinate with service providers.
• Prepare and implement change plans and verify routine business needs.
• Participate in network project planning and construction.
• Contribute to routine maintenance, monitoring, and incident reviews.
