Qualifications

• 10+ years in quantitative risk management, model validation, or model audit.
• Deep understanding of investment banking products, derivatives, trading and risk systems.
• Master’s or PhD in a relevant numerical field.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the model risk audit universe across the firm.
• Design the risk-based regular model audit strategy.
• Regulatory alignment on model risk management.
• Lead and supervise audit teams from planning to reporting.
• Prepare management reports and regulatory presentations in English or Chinese.
• Engage CRO and business heads as an independent assurance provider.
