As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex consulting engagements, manage senior client relationships, and oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering measurable impact across operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability. You will play a critical role in ensuring delivery quality while supporting account growth and strengthening dss+’s presence across our priority markets.

You will lead the delivery of transformation programmes, partnering with clients to address complex operational and organisational challenges. You will oversee teams, manage delivery quality, and support clients in achieving sustainable improvements across safety, operational performance, and resilience.

Key accountabilities include:

• Leading consulting teams and managing delivery across multiple workstreams
• Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Identifying operational risks and performance gaps and developing practical, value‑focused solutions
• Ensuring high‑quality, timely, and impactful project delivery
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing consultants and managers
• Supporting account growth through proposals, opportunity shaping, and client engagement
• Contributing to capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across dss+

Who you are

Experience

• Management consulting experience with exposure to operational risk, operational excellence, safety, or sustainability
• Proven experience leading complex engagements and managing teams
