Job description

We are seeking a visionary and hands‑on Senior Manager / AVP of Solution Delivery to lead the design, development, and deployment of end‑to‑end AI and automation solutions. Meanwhile, bridge the gap between strategic business needs and cutting‑edge technical execution, leading cross‑functional teams (Product, BA, UI/UX, Frontend) as a unified delivery unit. You will be responsible for optimizing our AI application development toolchain, accelerating solution velocity through AI‑driven prototyping, and ensuring rapid time‑to‑market for complex client solutions.

Your Role

1. End‑to‑End AI Solution Leadership

• Design and deliver comprehensive AI/automation solutions from concept to production, leveraging the latest AI development frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.).
• Adopt a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) methodology: Act as the primary technical lead on client engagements, integrating Product Management, Business Analysis, UI/UX, and Frontend Engineering into a cohesive delivery stream.
• Own the full lifecycle of solution delivery, including requirement gathering, architectural design, development, testing, and post‑deployment optimization.

2. Toolchain Optimization & CI/CD Automation

• Continuously develop, refine, and enhance internal AI application development toolkits to reduce friction in the development process.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines specifically optimized for AI workloads (model versioning, prompt testing, data pipeline integration).
• Identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing deployment frequency.
• Leverage AI‑driven methodologies (e.g., AI‑assisted coding, automated testing) to accelerate solution delivery and prototyping cycles.
• Establish a "rapid prototype" culture, delivering MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and PoCs (Proofs of Concept) within days, not weeks.
• Iterate quickly based on client feedback, using AI tools to adjust scope and functionality in real‑time.

4. Advanced Prompt Engineering & "Vibe Coding" Mastery

• Lead the development of advanced prompt engineering strategies for complex, multi‑step AI tasks.
• Master and teach "Vibe Coding" (intuitive, context‑aware coding assisted by AI) and Harness Engineering (building robust, scalable AI applications).
• Implement Agent Loop Methodology: Design and deploy autonomous AI agents that can plan, execute, and self‑correct tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Stay ahead of the curve in LLM behavior, fine‑tuning strategies, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures.

5. Continuous Learning & Thought Leadership

• Maintain up‑to‑date proficiency with emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular knowledge‑sharing sessions with the team on new models, frameworks, and security considerations.
• Contribute to the company’s intellectual property by developing reusable AI components, templates, and best‑practice guides.

To succeed in this Role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML solutions, with 2+ years in a senior technical leadership role (Senior Manager, AVP, or Principal Engineer).
• Experience working in a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capacity, wearing multiple hats (PM, BA, Tech Lead) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Proficiency in "Vibe Coding" tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) and modern web technologies (React, Next.js, Python, Node.js).
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and machine learning pipelines. Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or custom fine‑tuning, and CI/CD for AI.
• Experience delivering solutions to enterprise clients, with strong communication skills to translate technical AI capabilities into business value.
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI) are a plus.
• Background in building AI‑native products or platforms is a plus.
