Manulife in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned actuarial professional to support the MPF business within the Asia Retirement Finance Actuarial Team. The role emphasizes learning and building technical, pricing and business knowledge for pension projects in HK and across Asia.
The candidate will contribute to cross-functional projects, annual plans and regulatory reporting, while guiding analysts and interns and expanding project management experience in a dynamic pension market.
Manulife is seeking a seasoned Actuarial professional to support the MPF business. The role in the Actuarial Team under Asia Retirement Finance requires the candidate to be willing to learn to build up the technical and business knowledge on pension business. The team works closely with different teams to ensure that the assumptions in the pricing can be actualized. The candidate will have a variety of exposure in Hong Kong and Asia Retirement business in building up project managements experience, actuarial analytical skills and business sense. In particular, the candidate will have the opportunity to participate in the cross-function strategic projects related to the eMPF platform in HK pension market. The candidate will also be involved in other deliverables in the team, such as annual business plan, experience studies, and business and regulatory reporting.
