Job summary

Wing Fung Credit Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Administration professional to prepare loan facilities, verify documentation, and manage end-to-end loan disbursement processes. You will liaise with regulators, law firms and insurers to ensure seamless operations while delivering strong administrative support across the team.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher, 2 years in loan/credit admin, and fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above, degree holder is preferable.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Loan/Credit Administration/Documentation.
• Basic loans knowledge.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Senior Officer for more experience; fresh graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan facilities and related documentation with precision and efficiency.
• Check loan documentation in pre- and post-drawdown phases.
• Manage end-to-end loan disbursement and redemption processes.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, law firms, surveyors and insurers to support operations.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, data entry, and ad-hoc projects.
