Job summary

Bybit in Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Expert to join our global internal audit function. This role involves developing risk-based audit plans, leading end-to-end engagements, and ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

You will leverage data analytics, SQL, and AI-driven techniques to enhance testing and risk assessment, collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams, and report findings to senior management and the Board.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in internal auditing or compliance in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Expert knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management, and IIA standards.
• Strong communication and ability to present findings to senior management; fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based internal audit plans aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal audits and deliver reports with root causes and recommendations.
• Apply data analytics and AI tools to enhance testing and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Finance across global functions.
