Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its Design & Build team. You will support the Design Manager/Associate Director across corporate office projects, translating client vision into functional, inspiring spaces within a fast-paced environment.

You will lead design concepts, produce visuals and drawings, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with project teams to ensure regulatory compliance, sustainability goals, and on-time delivery across diverse portfolios in Hong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in interior design with corporate office projects in HK preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Enscape; Revit a plus.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for client comms and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead interior design concepts aligned with client brand and budget.
• Produce high-quality visuals, space planning, FF&E specs, and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with project management, sustainability, and construction teams for integrated delivery.
• Support site supervision, attend meetings, review shop drawings, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with HK building regulations and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to presentations, proposals, and client pitches with compelling visuals.
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with external consultants to maintain quality.
