Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. seeks an experienced IT Information Security leader to design and implement bank-wide security architecture and AI security operations.

You will lead the development of defense-in-depth strategies, review security solutions, and drive hardening roadmaps across the organization. The role requires 5+ years in banking information security, hands-on offensive security experience, HKMA certifications, and strong governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, CS, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of banking information security experience.
• Hands-on Red/Blue team and offensive security experience.
• HKMA-recognized information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are required.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize bank-wide information security architecture and roadmaps.
• Research and implement AI/LLM security applications and automation tools.
• Maintain and improve information security policies, standards, and SOPs.
• Lead incident response, drills, and post-incident reviews.
