Job summary

Springer Professional Group Limited in Hong Kong urgently seeks a Manager/Senior Dealer – FX (Bank) to join the FX dealing team. You will support FX trading within guidelines, execute trades across FX spot, forward, NDF and options, and report daily P&L and ALCO items.

Candidates should have 3–5 years treasury/FX experience and relevant qualifications, with Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency. The role requires strong risk awareness, ability to work under pressure, and Shift hours may apply in a busy

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Holder of ECF-TM qualification and HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8 preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of treasury / FX trading experience.
Solid knowledge of FX, interest rates, markets, products and instruments.

Responsibilities

Support FX trading within guidelines according to Treasury plans.
Handle trading objectives to achieve team and individual goals.
Report to Team Lead on large trades and open positions; alert changes in market conditions.
Perform trading and execution in FX spot, forward, NDF and FX options.
Oversee the Bank's order book and execute back-to-back trades as directed.
Prepare routine reports: FX Daily P&L, Option Expiry and monthly ALCO reports.
Handle ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
