Job summary

Job description

• Client Service Delivery: Lead financial public relations services for listed company clients, including but not limited to: annual/interim results announcements, online and offline roadshows and investor engagement events, communication and liaison with investors/analysts, and dissemination support for annual/interim reports and other key moments. Serve as the day-to-day client interface, independently managing the entire process from strategic planning and resource coordination to project execution.
• IR Strategy Support: Based on the client's industry positioning, share price and trading volume performance, shareholder structure, and analyst coverage, assist in developing actionable capital market communication recommendations to help clients convey their investment value more effectively.
• Client Retention & Business Development: Participate in the ongoing management and contract renewal of existing clients, building long-term trust through professional service delivery. Contribute to pitch strategy development and preparation of tender materials for new client acquisition.
• Service Enhancement & Optimization: Continuously monitor Hong Kong capital market trends, regulatory developments, and shifts in investor preferences. Assist in refining standard service SOPs and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the team's service capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience: Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, with client servicing experience at a Hong Kong-listed financial PR firm. Prior in-house IR experience at a Hong Kong-listed company is preferred.
• Professional Competency: Familiar with IR-related processes and timelines for Hong Kong-listed companies, including results announcements, roadshows, and investor communications. Able to read and interpret financial reports and announcements, discern what information can be externally communicated versus what requires careful handling, and possess foundational data analysis skills.
• Execution & Communication: Capable of independently delivering end-to-end execution of complex projects with a strong sense of accountability. Communication style should be direct and efficient, with the ability to interface simultaneously with client senior management, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Personality & Attributes: Driven and creative, yet equally capable of staying grounded to ensure meticulous execution — able to think strategically about "what the client needs" while ensuring flawless delivery at the operational level.
• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Journalism & Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines. Strong English proficiency is a plus; Cantonese language ability is a plus.
