Job summary

The Flex is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our fast-growing team. You will own critical financial processes, build robust reporting, and partner with leadership to understand revenue, costs, and profitability across regions.

You'll work across accounting, FP&A, budgeting and performance analysis, creating dashboards and models to support strategic decisions with a strong emphasis on automation and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with precision.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Experience handling large datasets and complex variables.
• Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in FP&A, hospitality or real estate is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve day-to-day financial reporting and controls.
• Design efficient finance workflows and partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from booking platforms and direct channels.
• Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time visibility.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow and plan future capital needs.
• Support statutory filings and compliance across jurisdictions.
