Job summary

MANUFACTURING INTEGRATION TECHNO LTD in Hong Kong is seeking an IT professional to manage Epicor ERP administration, Windows Server services, and software/licence governance. The role includes setup, installation, customization, and report generation for ERP, along with SQL Server support and security maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, ERP exposure, ISO certification planning, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in supporting IT, Network and ERP system.
• Epicor ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in planning and handling ISO Certification.
• Familiar with CAD system interfaces and ERP integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Epicor ERP administration: setup, installation, customization and reports generation.
• Support MS SQL Server administration.
• Manage Windows Server administration including AD, DNS, DHCP, Print server, VPN, Group Policy, WSUS.
• Licence and asset management to ensure compliance with organisational requirements.
• Evaluate new software and guide users on adoption.
• Backup and recovery using Acronis Backup 12.5 Adv for server or above.
• Troubleshoot IT problems for users and provide system/network support.
• Maintain system/network security and perform malware remediation.

Main Duties

• Epicor ERP administration
  • Administration, setup and installation, customisation, reports generation
  • Support MS SQL Server administration
• Windows Server Administration
  • Knowledge and skill set to perform functions in AD, DHCP, DNS, Print server, FTP, VPN, Group Policy, WSUS
• Hardware and Software Licence management
  • Manage the inventory list for hardware and software and ensure that it is in compliance with our organisation requirements.

Other Job Responsibilities

IT Support

• Evaluation of new software and guiding user on how to use them
• Backup and Recovery -Knowledge in Acronis Backup 12.5 Adv for server or above 12.5
• Support, troubleshoot and resolve IT problems encountered by users with PC Client, systems, applications and other services required.
• System/Network support of physical and virtualized server system.
• Anti-Malware & Windows update Scanning monitoring -Removal of malware and redeployment of machine as and when required

Competencies and Experience

• Knowledge in Epicor ERP or any ERP package
• Hands on experience in vSphere and VMWare
• The more experience candidate will be offered a senior position

Education and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience in supporting IT, Network and ERP system

• Knowledge of Epicor’s enterprise applications strongly preferred

• Experience in planning and handling ISO Certification

• Familiar with the interface of Engineering CAD system and ERP

• Effective teaching, excellent verbal/written communication skills and PC skills required
