Job summary

NTK Education in Hong Kong seeks enthusiastic English tutors to deliver teachings across international curricula. You will mentor students, prepare progress reports, and collaborate with guardians on learning development.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in English and 5+ years of teaching experience, with exposure to IB/IGCSE/GCEAL/AP/SAT. We offer a 5-day work week, comprehensive training, career advancement opportunities, and visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English / English Literature or a related major.
5+ years of professional teaching experience in a learning center.
Experience with international curricula such as IB, I/GCSE, GCEAL, AP or SAT is preferred.
Experience in teacher training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Deliver teaching services in the relevant subjects of various international curricula and levels.
Prepare progress reports and communicate with guardians regarding students’ learning progress.
Lead or participate in academic-related projects such as teaching materials development and academic seminars.
Work with subject coordinators and departmental head to set training needs and program details.
Administer training initiatives such as preparing materials, organizing sessions, scheduling, and matching syllabus training.
Review progress and results of training initiatives
Maintain and inspect records related to training initiatives
Report to departmental head and management team
