Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior within the Forensic & Integrity Services to join the Cyber Incident Response team in Hong Kong. You will help clients respond to cyber incidents, conduct investigations, and coordinate recovery activities across technology, legal, risk, and business functions.

The role offers exposure to ransomware, data breaches, and insider threats, with opportunities to develop practical cyber investigation and digital forensics experience in a Global EY environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in cyber incident response, digital forensics, or security disciplines.
• Experience supporting cyber incidents including ransomware, data breaches, or unauthorized access.
• Experience preparing investigation reports and stakeholder communications.
• Working knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001/27035 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber incident response engagements involving breaches and other cybersecurity events.
• Assist live incidents with situation assessment, tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Contribute to digital forensic investigations: evidence preservation, imaging, data collection, and log analysis.
• Perform forensic analysis across endpoints, servers, cloud, and mobile devices.
• Develop incident reports, briefings, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and IT teams during responses.
• Support post-incident reviews and lessons learned activities.
