Job summary

Delken Group Limited, a long-established major contractor in Hong Kong, invites a high-calibre Construction Manager to join our project teams involved in capital development and complex site works. You will assist the Project Director and Senior Project Manager, lead teams, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and uphold safety and quality on site.

NEC contract experience and professional registration are highly valued.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is required.
MHKIE (HKIE) membership or equivalent is required.
Minimum 18 years as MC CM or above.
Experience in drill and blast underground construction with cross section ≥100 m².
NEC Contract experience and registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Director / Senior Project Manager in managing the development of a capital project.
Lead project teams to complete the projects on schedule, within budget and at a high level of quality.
Responsible for site coordination and supervision of construction progress.
Prepare submission and monitor the safety & quality of the construction site.
Liaise and coordinate with government departments, utilities companies, and external contractors or stakeholders.
Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned
