Job summary

Mox in Hong Kong is building a digital bank using cloud-native technologies. You will join a high-performing team to design, develop, and operate backend services in a microservices architecture.

We value strong coding practices, automated tests, and readiness to own production operations. The role requires Kotlin or Java expertise, and experience across distributed systems and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Kotlin or Java.
• Solid experience in backend development and CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice design.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve backend systems and services.
• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
• Design and operate reliable, scalable, and secure services.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code with strong automated tests.
• Build services in Kotlin or Java within a cloud-native microservice architecture.
• Work with event streams and relational databases.
• Use containers and orchestration platforms to deploy and run services.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Monitor production services and respond to incidents.
