Job summary

UOB Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end Compliance system enhancement projects, focusing on AFC systems and AML/CFT controls. You will drive change management, gather and document business needs, and oversee UAT strategies to deliver robust, regulatory-aligned solutions.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and business units to ensure risk-managed, efficient operations, providing advisory support across the bank.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant AFC/Compliance technology experience.
• Strong experience in implementing, enhancing, UAT, release and production support of AFC/Compliance systems.
• Solid knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and screening solutions.
• Proven project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Compliance system enhancement projects from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Drive change management to提升 system capabilities and meet regulatory objectives.
• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare UAT strategies, test cases and scripts; coordinate end-to-end UAT.
• Tune systems, calibrate scenarios, and translate analytics into risk-based actions.
• Act as SME for Compliance systems in regulatory and audit matters.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Business, Operations and vendors.
