• Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify risks, propose solutions.
• Professional qualification such as CPA or equivalent, or progress toward such.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in an external audit role, preferably at senior or supervisory level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and deadline-driven in a team environment.
• Proficiency in common accounting and audit software; familiarity with HK regulations is a plus.

Role Description

The Senior Audit Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR with work-from-home flexibility, responsible for leading and executing audit engagements. Day-to-day tasks include planning audit assignments, reviewing financial statements, testing internal controls, and performing detailed substantive procedures to ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards. The role involves supervising junior team members, providing guidance on audit methodologies, and reviewing their work for quality and accuracy. The Senior Audit Associate will also liaise with clients to understand their business, address audit findings, prepare audit reports, and support tax and advisory functions where needed. The position requires strong time management, clear communication, and a commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
