Job summary

A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate for their Transactional Funds and Regulatory Advisory Practice in Hong Kong. This role involves providing regulatory advice on investment funds, drafting fund documentation, and advising on fund-related transactions. The ideal candidate should be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience, strong technical knowledge of funds, and excellent communication skills in English and preferably Chinese. Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in investment funds.
• Strong technical knowledge of Hong Kong funds and regulatory frameworks.
