Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Director, Alternative Investments Execution and Management, Investment, to lead execution across private credit, infrastructure, private equity and other illiquid strategies. You will translate decisions into actionable plans, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor deal pipelines.

You will engage external managers, ensure governance, and prepare senior management reports while developing the platform and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• CFA qualification/candidacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and transaction management of alternative investments across private credit, infrastructure, private equity, real assets, and other illiquid strategies.
• Maintain dialogue with external managers, general partners, arrangers, and other counterparties to support deal execution and closing readiness.
• Translate approved investment decisions into actionable execution plans with timelines, funding, due diligence, and onboarding workstreams.
• Coordinate with Group and local stakeholders to align execution with portfolio allocation, cashflow, and governance requirements.
• Monitor pipelines, capital calls, closing conditions, and reporting to support disciplined execution and escalation of issues.
