Job summary

Invesco Hong Kong is seeking a Portfolio Management Senior Associate to support the APAC real estate fund's reporting, analysis and portfolio construction. You will work with regional colleagues and external parties to drive performance insights and value creation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in real estate investment or portfolio management, strong financial modelling, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluent Chinese and English. Hybrid work arrangement and global exposure offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in real estate investment, portfolio management or related fields.
• Strong numerical capability and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA/Macro and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform fund-level analysis for transactions and capital allocation.
• Coordinate asset management reviews and quantify fund-level impact.
• Support portfolio construction, strategy presentations and reporting.
