Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Android developer to design and deliver user-focused features for our global Android applications. You will work on high-performance, scalable code with a strong emphasis on UX and stability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time data sources and APIs.

The role requires 5+ years of Android experience, strong Kotlin/Java skills, and expertise in Jetpack, MVVM/MVI, and real-time data handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin/Java.
• Strong knowledge of Android architecture and lifecycle.
• Experience with MVVM/MVI and modular app architecture.
• Proficient with Jetpack components (ViewModel, Room) and Retrofit/OkHttp.
• Experience with real-time data via WebSocket and high-concurrency apps.

Requirements

• Over 5 years’ Android developer experience; degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong in Kotlin & Java, solid OOP principles.
• Deep knowledge of Android system architecture, component lifecycle, UI rendering.
• Skilled with Jetpack (ViewModel, Room, etc.), Retrofit, OkHttp.
• Hands-on with MVVM/MVI, modular app structure, large-scale projects.
• Proven performance optimization: memory, layout, battery, cold start.
• Proficient in tools like Profiler, Systrace, Perfetto, LeakCanary.
• Experience with WebSocket & real-time data, familiar with high-concurrency/low-latency scenarios.
• Bonus: Flutter/Compose, large-app architecture/refactoring, crypto exchange background.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
