Job summary

The English Schools Foundation (ESF) is inviting applications for an SEN Educational Assistant at one of our Hong Kong secondary schools. You will support teachers in delivering lessons and assist students who require extra help in and out of the classroom.

You will also contribute to students’ social development and holistic progress as they complete their secondary education, including working with students with diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent required.
• Level 2 English National Qualifications Framework is required.
• Relevant experiences in schools are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers deliver world-class lessons to students.
• Support students who require extra help in and out of the classroom.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to lesson plans each lesson.
• Engage with students regularly to support social skills development.
• Contribute to the holistic development of students throughout secondary education.
