Job summary

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority seeks an enthusiastic administrator to support District Security Services. You will help develop procedures and manage administrative tasks across security systems, including CCTV, visitor management, and access control at multiple venues.

You will handle incident reporting, data management, and staff card operations, collaborating with colleagues at different levels. A Security Personnel Permit is preferred, and English/Chinese proficiency is required.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in security.
  • Knowledge of facility or security management.
  • Security Personnel Permit preferred.
  • Good communication with staff at all levels and ability to compile management reports.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing admin/operational procedures for District Security Services.
  • Assist in admin, operation and management of operational tech for security systems (CCTV, visitor management, access control, etc.).
  • Handle admin tasks including security data and incident reports, records keeping and filing.
  • Support District Security Card Office operations: card issuance, photography, system usage, access rights communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Authority.
