Headstart Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support our teachers, manage class operations, and help ensure smooth classroom proceedings.

You will coordinate with native English teachers, assist with student arrivals/departures, manage behavior and exams, and handle parent inquiries at schools. A diploma or degree and fluency in English and Chinese are required; prior education experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Mature, good work attitude and ethics.
• Prior working experience in education is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage class start and operations (non-teaching tasks).
• Coordinate with native English teachers and accompany them to schools.
• Assist teachers with classroom management and monitoring examinations.
• Observe and evaluate teacher performance as quality controller.
• Handle parents’ inquiries at schools.
• Work on weekdays and/or Saturdays per schedule.
