Job summary

Santander is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in Asia within Global Markets – Private Debt Mobilization. The program runs June to August 2027 and is designed for students entering their final year, with expected graduation in summer 2028.

• University degree: Currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related quantitative discipline, with expected graduation in summer 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day business for distribution, rotation and optimization of debt financing assets.
• Coordinate with Financing teams, Global PDM and Global Markets sales from origination to distribution.
• Help preparation of internal materials summarizing market debt activities, liquidity analysis and distribution strategy for pipelined transactions.
• Assist in building database for comparable transactions in the market.
• Monitor the deal activities in the market and prepare weekly newsletters.

As part of Santander Future Talents: Santander CIB Summer Internship Program Asia - Global Markets – Private Debt Mobilization, you will contribute to Global Markets activities and work alongside experienced professionals across Asia. Some of your responsibilities will be:
