Bless International Group Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Support Executive to back our sales managers and streamline daily operations. You will bridge logistics, production, and finance with retail and F&B partners to ensure timely orders and high-quality client service.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales support, familiarity with HK retail channels, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Cantonese and English are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales support, order processing, or commercial support experience.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong retail channels or F&B/foodservice operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP or local inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily sales order processing, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery arrangements for retail and F&B accounts.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for client inquiries, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse and Production for accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain sales databases, generate weekly/monthly reports, and track inventory/promotion performance.
• Assist with new product listings, promotions setup, and store sampling/event coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including quotes and contracts.
