Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB is offering a Risk and Permanent Control trainee position in Hong Kong to develop monthly risk dashboards and regulatory surveillance across the Asia Pacific network. The role requires a strong quantitative background and solid English communication skills.

The ideal candidate should be available to start from July 2026, with a one-year trainee program that may extend up to two years based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Master/ Bachelor degree holders, with strong academic background in Quantitative Social Science, Economics or Business, with less than12 months’ full time experience.
• Prior exposure to financial markets products will be an advantage (Financial markets, wholesale banking, consulting, or law)
• Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of French or Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a monthly risk dashboard and its production.
• Regulatory surveillance: monitor changes in regulations across Asia Pacific and present evolutions to relevant Risk Teams.
• Coordinate the implementation of new regulatory requirements (e.g. Climate Risk, model Risk).
• Coordinate responses to inspections and findings with RPC teams and Head Office.
• Communicate updates via Newsletter or RPC Asia communications.
