Risk Manager – Hong Kong, AP Risk Management team

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for strategic transformation initiatives through business analysis, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery activities. The successful candidate will work closely with sub-workstream leads to track deliverables, consolidate information, and support project execution, while also partnering with regional Risk Management teams on ongoing risk management activities and reporting.

What you do

Risk Management Support

• Assist in the production, review, and distribution of regular risk reports and BAU deliverables.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks on risk-related information and reporting.
• Support the preparation of management information and risk reporting materials.

Business Analysis Documentation

• Review and analyse business processes, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Gather, interpret, and document business requirements and stakeholder feedback.
• Support the development of presentations and management reporting materials
• Collect information from stakeholders across various functions and locations.
• Consolidate large volumes of information into clear, concise, and structured outputs.
• Provide ongoing support to workstream leads in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.

What you bring

• Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, risk management, or operations within the asset management industry.
• Good understanding of asset management, governance processes, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to consolidate information from multiple sources and manage competing priorities.
• AI Skills: Data Analytics, Microsoft CoPilot
