Job summary

Teneo is seeking an Associate Consultant for its Hong Kong Financial Advisory team to support the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. You will assist leadership with client service across cross-border engagements within IFC hubs, including Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda, and contribute to a growing global team.

You will work on day-to-day restructuring engagements, perform financial analyses, and help prepare high-quality deliverables and reports for clients and courts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related subject.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on restructuring and insolvency engagements daily.
• Support a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency appointments.
• Perform financial and commercial analysis to identify issues, opportunities and risks.
• Assist with receivership, liquidation, valuation analyses and modelling.
• Keep updated on market trends and restructuring propositions.
• Prepare client and court reports with clear findings.
