Job summary

Jimei Securities Limted is seeking a Responsible Officer (RO) approved by the SFC for Type 1 regulated activities. You will oversee compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines, and help communicate with regulatory bodies.

The role requires a degree in business-related disciplines and at least 5 years of relevant financial services experience, with fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin. Part-time work is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Must hold SFC Type 1, with unconditional RO status and eligibility to act as RO for Type 1 activities.
• Degree or above in business-related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial services with strong knowledge of SFC regulations.

Responsibilities

About you

Current holder of SFC Type 1 with both unconditional RO status and eligibility to act as a Responsible Officer (RO) for Type 1 regulated activities

Degree or above in business related disciplines

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of SFC's regulations and guidelines

Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external parties

Fluency in English and (Cantonese or Mandarin)

Knowledge in Virtual Asset is an advantage

Part time is also acceptable.
