Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focusing on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. This is a remote, worldwide contractor role with flexible scheduling and a requirement for prior paid AI-human data work.

You will review AI-generated outputs, annotate and rate content, provide constructive feedback, and help improve AI training data and workflows using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects,

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields (paid AI-human data work preferred).
• Verified, paid AI human-data work experience including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, or rubric-based grading.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
