YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, contractor position to support graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, and annotate designs with clear ratings and observations.

Candidates should have 2+ years in relevant fields, proficiency with Figma, After Effects, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, and related apps, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in relevant creative fields (graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related).
Verified paid experience in AI human-data work (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
