Job summary

SME Careers is hiring a Chinese-Speaking Python Expert for an hourly remote contract. You will review and compare AI-generated Python answers and Chinese explanations, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step problem solving for correctness and clarity.

You will also write high-quality Mandarin Chinese prompts and model explanations, rate responses against rubrics, and provide expert feedback to improve future iterations. This role targets HK with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional Python development, code review, debugging, or problem solving.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; Traditional Chinese preferred for HK.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and responses to guide AI learning.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, fluency and relevance.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases across use cases.
• Communicate review outcomes in English with concise issue summaries.
• Review Python solutions for correctness, edge cases, and time/space complexity.
• Create and QA Mandarin prompts and acceptance criteria for Python scenarios.
• Annotate Python error patterns with bilingual labels.
