Job summary

Entrupy is seeking a Knowledge Analyst II with strong authentication expertise and deep knowledge of luxury handbags to own complex knowledge initiatives and improve authentication accuracy through structured data and insights.

You will work cross-functionally with Authentication, Training, Engineering, and Product teams, serving as a subject-matter expert and strategic partner to evolve how knowledge is captured and used across Entrupy’s platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in authentication, knowledge management, luxury goods research, fashion merchandising, or related field.
• Expert in authenticating luxury handbags and leather goods with strong brand knowledge.
• Analytical thinking about data, patterns, and systems beyond individual cases.
• Experience leading projects independently with demonstrated impact.
• Excellent written communication, capable of synthesising complex information into usable resources.
• High attention to detail with sound judgement and investigative instincts.
• Comfort working with large visual datasets and structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in luxury handbag authentication, supporting high-impact authentication and training initiatives.
• Contribute to development and quality control of knowledge systems—ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Analyse authentication trends, error patterns, and product data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Own and drive medium-to-large projects related to brand/product support and knowledge structure.
• Create advanced documentation and reference materials for expert decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to surface knowledge within platforms.
• Contribute to training program design to raise global authentication expertise.
• Monitor market trends and counterfeit techniques to translate into actionable knowledge assets.
• Mentor junior Knowledge Analysts to support team growth.
