Job summary

We Share Berhad is seeking a proactive Frontend Developer to join our team. You will build user-friendly web apps in React.js, translating design mockups into responsive interfaces and collaborating with product and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–4 years of frontend development experience focusing on React.js.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Responsive design skills and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; works well independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Collaborate with product and design teams to implement web apps using React.js.
• UI/UX Design Integration: Translate mockups into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code; participate in reviews and refactoring.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks for fast, responsive apps.
• Testing: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.
• Collaboration: Work with backend developers, QA engineers, and teammates.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for code, processes, and architecture.
