Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program internship in Hong Kong offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global blockchain environment. As an intern you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and AI teams to coordinate feedback, track issues, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving mindset and execution ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Basic data handling, reporting and analysis skills.
• Interest in AI products or projects is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for coordination with overseas partners.
• Current university student or recent graduate seeking internship.
• Availability to work 3-5 days per week for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on user feedback and track issues.
• Coordinate product issues with Product, Engineering, Design and Compliance teams.
• Support day-to-day product operations and process improvements.
• Handle basic data processing, cleaning, reporting and analysis.
• Assist with web-side product tasks including UI tweaks and HR/recruitment pages.
• Support AI-related projects and coordinate requirements and workflows.
