Job summary

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Remittance Operations Specialist to manage routine operations within the Remittance Services Team, handling Inward, Outward and Intermediary telegraphic transfers and local RTGS payments. You will ensure daily operations run before cut-off, respond to enquiries, review procedures, identify control gaps, and support reporting and projects.

The role requires a degree, 3–5 years in remittance/payments, strong analytical skills, multitasking

Qualifications

Degree holder.
3–5 years in remittance and payments.
Strong analytical abilities and time management.
Able to work in fast-paced environment with a risk/compliance focus.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; good Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

Manage daily remittance operations including Inward, Outward and Intermediary transfers and local RTGS payments before cut-off time.
Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders and customers related to remittance transactions.
Review and enhance operational procedures to improve efficiency and controls.
Identify process gaps and develop control measures to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
Support the Manager/Team Head in daily operations and ensure compliance with manuals, guidelines and policy.
Generate management reporting using data analysis and participate in projects and business initiatives.
