• 10+ years of life and health actuarial experience.

Orange Malone is working with a global reinsurer that is looking for senior SMEs in the APAC region to help lead the regional structuring and delivery of new business transactions (including asset intensive reinsurance). You will be working across internal teams and external clients to support the financial, regulatory, and strategic objectives.

You will be a key member of an established, successful and growing team that will:

• Lead structured finance support for new and existing business across the region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement effective transaction structures.
• Support regulatory compliance, capital management, and cross-entity business flows.
• Work with clients to solve their technical issues by developing innovative solutions.

You will be an actuary or similar, with more than 10 years of life and health experience, and ideally familiar with reinsurance and capital markets financing transactions.

The role is based in Hong Kong which is the APAC region HQ.
