The role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident management, and AI-enabled automation while coordinating with Trading, Technology, and Infrastructure teams globally.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in production/ops roles, strong Unix/Linux and networking skills, and a ownership-driven mindset to resolve issues before they affect users.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years in Production Management, Application Support, SRE or related roles.
• Experience with mission-critical production environments and incident handling.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and automation in ops.
• Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive real-time monitoring of mission-critical market data systems.
• Detect issues early and take preventative actions to minimize impact.
• Serve as primary interface for Trading, Tech, Infrastructure, and vendors.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with minimal escalation.
• Provide technical support for real-time data services and distribution platforms.
• Manage production incidents from identification to post-incident review.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive operational improvements.
• Support exchange initiatives, testing, deployments and DR exercises.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, procedures, and knowledge repositories.
• Continuously improve platform reliability and service quality.
