Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is recruiting on behalf of a premier Hong Kong law firm to recruit a Real Estate Paralegal. You will assist in financing and investment transactions and support the real estate team.

The role requires strong English and Cantonese, attention to detail, and the ability to handle due diligence, document drafting, and post-completion tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Hold a Law degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior real estate paralegal experience in a sizeable law firm is preferred but not essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in real estate financing and investment transactions and related matters.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on properties and property-holding companies.
• Facilitate the preparation of legal documentation following negotiation by lawyers, including loan and security documents, sale and purchase agreements, and corporate authorisations.
• Handle completion and post-completion matters, such as collating condition precedent documents.
• Undertake clerical and administrative duties, including records system maintenance and filing.
