Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a systematic trader to manage quantitative trading strategies and improve in-house trading and risk management platforms. You will work with a highly technical team across crypto markets, building and refining world-class tools and processes.

The role emphasizes market making, RFQ quoting for Delta-1 products, alpha signal research, and collaboration with developers to enhance profitability and risk controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/CS/Finance from a top university.
• Proven records in systematic trading including market making.
• Deep understanding of Delta-1 crypto products; basic crypto knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Python/Java/Rust/C++.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make rational decisions under pressure.
• Good communication skills.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a systematic trader to manage quantitative trading strategies and help improve the in-house trading and risk management platform. The firm has presence in major cryptocurrency exchanges and it trades different kinds of products in the market, ranging from spot to structural products. The firm is highly tech-driven with people from top-tier investment banks, hedge funds, and tech companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make markets for crypto-fiat orderbook.
• Systematic RFQ quoting for D1 instruments.
• Conduct research on alpha signals and backtesting to enhance the profitability of trading strategies.
• Work with developers to build and drive the continual improvement of the world-class risk management and trading tools.

What We Look For In You

• Degree in a relevant area (Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/Computer Science/Finance) from a top university.
• Proven records in systematic trading including market making and other systematic trading strategies.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency Delta 1 products and basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency product is a plus.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java/RUST/C++).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make rational decisions under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
